Superhelp for training companies and providers
Superhelp allows you to deliver help topics and training content to your clients. As a training company, there are are a few concepts that you need to understand:
- User accounts and connected devices
- Single-user and multiple-user accounts
- Access to all courses or specified courses only
- Applying start and end dates
- Customer relationships are yours alone
- Customer prices are controlled by you
User accounts and connected devices
When you sign up for a Superhelp account, you choose how many devices can be connected at the same time, for example, 50 devices. Through the Admin control panel, you can create unlimited User accounts. You could for example, create 200 User accounts, but only 50 would be allowed to be connected at the same time. 50 connections would probably serve 250-300 users without a problem.
Single-user and multiple-user accounts
You can set the number of simultaneous connections for each User account. For example, you might want to give a small company 5 simultaneous connections, but an indiviual user only 1 connection.
Access to all courses or specified courses only
For each User account, you can choose which courses are available. For example, for a small company, you could choose to make everything available with up tp 5 simultaneous connections. For an individual, you may decide to make a single course available (for example Word 2016) or a suite of courses (for example Office 2016 and Windows 10).
Applying start and end dates
You can add start and end dates to any User account and put accounts on hold.
Customer relationships are yours alone
TIME2STUDY has no contact with your customers; the only details that we store are login and password credentials for each User account and an email address if one is registered to the account.
Customer prices are controlled by you
You set the prices for your customers. TIME2STUDY charges you a fixed recurring fee according to the total number of simultaneous connections you require.
